Order Processing and Shipping

• Orders ship from New Orleans, LA.
• Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days.
• Production once processed can take up to an additional 6 weeks. Item production is listed on the product page before purchase. 
• If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at aucontrairecloth@outlook.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it ships.
• Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in your address. The purchaser is responsible for the redelivery fee if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.
• Domestic shipments will be handled through USPS priority mail or Priority Mail Express 
• International shipping will be handled through DHL or USPS international you may choose either option at checkout.
